Silicon O-Rings has great cold flexibility as well as high thermal resistance. It has excellent de-electric properties and very good resistance to attack by oxygen, ozone and sunlight. It has poor strength & tear resistance to mineral oils.
Silicon O-Rings are used in food and medical applications because they do not impart odor or taste. O-Rings in Silicone Rubber are resistant to UV radiation, hot air, ozone, engine and transmission oils, animal and vegetable fats and oils, and brake fluids, it can withstand temperatures -50°C to + 232°C.
Silicone O-Rings are available in metric and imperial international standards size such as as AS568 , DIN ISO 3601 and JIS sizes , thus providing the quality assurance required to meet the world's most demanding applications of O-Rings
O-rings are made on order in wide range of materials: Nitrile (NBR), Viton (FKM), Silicone (VMQ), Neoprene (CR), Ethylene-propylene (EPM/EPDM), Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)
